Cloud storage, no option to enable?

Was messing around today, getting my box ready for MCC and Dragon Age, and wanted to make sure my cloud storage is all set up. I've never used this feature before, Xbox or other device, so I am new to the system.

My main question is, I followed xbox.com's instructions to enable cloud storage -

Step 1: Turn on Cloud Saved Games (for a console)

-From the Xbox Dashboard, go to Settings, and then select System.

-Select Storage, and then select Cloud Saved Games.

-Select Enable Cloud Saved Games.

When I go to 'storage' the only options I have are; manage storage, clear local saved games, and restore factory defaults. So is my cloud set up? How do I know? The only games I have now are Sunset Overdrive, so it's kind of hard to tell whats going on.

The other question I have is, once I get the cloud up and going, can I access it like I used to be able to on 360 and see all my individual saves for each game? Or is it just.. up there.. floating.. maybe it's working.. maybe not..

I worry. I will be switching XB1's whenever they come out with a Halo version and I want to make sure my Dragon Age saves are intact, cause that shit is frustrating.

Importing Mass Effect 1 save file from Xbox One/Cloud to Xbox 360 to play Mass Effect 2. [Tech help - Backwards Compatibility]

I'm having difficulty importing my Mass Effect save file so as to play Mass Effect 2. I played through and completed ME1 on my Xbox One (via Backwards compatibility) but when I booted up ME2 on my Xbox 360 the save didn't appear in my Cloud Data viable saves. Why is this? Has anyone here played through Mass Effect 1 on the Xbox One and then imported the save to Mass Effect 2?
