Hi, I recently upgraded my laptop to Windows 10. Everything has been updated, and there is no third party firewall that I'm using.
I'm trying to download a free app (Instagram) from the Store, and the progress is perpetually stuck at [Starting download..]
I've tried literally every suggested solution offered by Google searches (including another previous post in this subreddit with the same problem), and none of these solutions even affect the download queue in any way.
I've so far tried:
(1) Logging in and out of the Store
(2) Resetting the Store cache using wsreset.exe
(3) Windows Troubleshooting (including the cabinet file provided by Microsoft)
(4) Resetting the Windows Update (renaming SoftwareDistribution folder and everything)
(5) Hard resetting using regedit
and NOTHING works.. and I'm really at my wit's end here.
If anybody has any possible solution, please let me know.
